10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any reason with 30 days notice.

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use our Service immediately ceases
• We will provide you with access to export your data for 30 days
• We may permanently delete your data after the export period
• Sections relating to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration
